Building sites and applications taught me the craft of shipping software, but it kept me at arm's length from the businesses I was building for.

Running and customizing Odoo for a real organization put me inside the machinery: sales workflows, HR operations, the side-spreadsheets people keep because the system doesn't match how they work. I built custom modules to close those gaps.

A homemade organic food business in Lahore that I still run today. Suddenly broken workflows weren't abstractions — they were my late nights, my delayed orders, my money.

My permanent test lab
I run Organic Eat day to day — production, marketing, customer relationships, pricing decisions. It keeps me honest. Every automation idea I pitch to clients gets tested there first, on a business where I personally feel the consequences.
I also create visual technical education: animated explainers built with Python and Manim on AI agents, MCP architecture, vector search, and business systems.
